This week, we get to hear from Andie, a member of our field crew and our market manager! I am from Sonoma County California! I moved to Eugene in 2022, got hired in our farm stand in 2024, then worked in the field. Now I manage our farmers markets and work in the field! What brought me to the farm was a search for a better work place. I was looking for a place that I could love, and where I could learn. We spend so much of our time at work - why be somewhere that drags you do
